These Cheesy Chicken Crescent cups are the hit of every party or as a snack and so easy to make! Crescent dough is filled with a creamy, cheesy chicken filling. Using crescent roll dough, simply ‘pinched’ together, mixing all ingredients before spooning into the cups and baking. It’s that simple. If you are pressed for time , pre mix the ingredients up to 24 hours ahead. When you are ready simply pop the crescent rolls and while the oven is preheating fill the cups and they are ready to bake.
- 2 pkg. Crescent Rolls
- 1 1/2 Cups of chicken breast
- 3/4 cup of Mexican cheese mix
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup of minced onions
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill
- Pam cooking spray for muffin pan
I use a mini muffin pan for parties or as a snack. You can also do the full size pan and make it as a breakfast or a lunch meal. Just DON’T cut the crescent rolls dough in half.
