Organic sunflower oil infused with fresh herbs and garlic. This to me is a must have in the kitchen. The amazing flavor of this oil will give any dish a little oomph. A few of my personal favorites is when roasting to drizzle it on vegetables with a little salt and pepper, also before grilling a juicy piece of chicken for salad, brush a bit of basting oil. YUM!!!
- 1 cup organic sunflower oil
- 4 tsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 lg. cloves of garlic (minced)
Place all ingredients in a mason jar or a jar with a tight lid. Shake well and refrigerate for 24 hours before first use.
How to use:
Shake well before each use. Keep refrigerated.
Brush or drizzle on meats, fish and vegetables before roasting, searing or grilling.
